• We understand things happen. Cancellation depends on timing and what type of service has been purchased.

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

    Timelines and financial policies apply based on British Columbia business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in BC):

    • More than 5 Business Days Notice: If you cancel your scheduled workshop slot more than 5 business days before the event date, you will receive a 90% refund of the original purchase price. The remaining 10% is retained as an administrative processing fee.

    • Within 5 Business Days Notice: If you cancel your scheduled workshop slot 5 business days or fewer before the event date, no refund will be issued.

    • Rescheduling Fee: If you request to move your workshop booking to a different date or time within 5 business days of your original scheduled session, a flat $50.00 CAD rescheduling fee will be charged and must be paid before your new spot is confirmed.

  • No refunds or exchanges can be made on licenses for self-paced courses. Once purchased, the license(s) to access any Explicit Education course are final sale.
