Talking about diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility can be difficult if the environment doesn't feel safe or if we lack the right words. Often, people steer clear of topics like racism, 2SLGBTQ+ issues, disability, and other marginalized experiences due to fear of saying something wrong. Explicit Education can help you, your organization, or community learn how to have these conversations and take action against discrimination.
